Michael Menard is a co-owner of Cornerstone Abstract and Settlement He is a professional land surveyor for Pennsylvania and New York State. In addition, he is a licensed sewage enforcement officer for the state of Pennsylvania.

Christine Strawderman is Office Manager for Cornerstone Abstract and Settlement. She attended Boise State University with an emphasis on business. She has ten years experience with human resources, payroll and benefits, and office management.

Amy J. Witter is a Paralegal and graduated from Pennsylvania State College of Technology. She has been a licensed Title Agent with Old Republic Title Company since 2006. Prior to employment with Cornerstone Abstract and Settlement, she worked in all areas of law and real estate for almost 20 years within Tioga and Lycoming Counties. More recently, she was a co-owner and title agent for a real estate settlement company. She is currently one of the Title Agents in our Tioga County office.

Emily L. Focht graduated from Mansfield University with a Bachelor's Degree in History. She has been working in the real estate business since 2010 and became a licensed Title Agent with Old Republic Title Company in 2017. She is currently one of the Title Agents in our Tioga County Office.
